At Tailfeather Graphic Design, our name holds the same meaning and function as it does in nature. It is our mission to provide each client with those defining elements through carefully crafting custom designs that will speak clearly to the people you want to reach.

Tailfeather was established in 2009 by designer Shelly Stanchuk, who aspired to work closely with the type of clients she had always enjoyed working with; entrepreneurs and small business owners. She operates in the beautiful Comox Valley, BC. “There’s a certain gratification that comes with helping my clients build from scratch... from the ground up, that I very much appreciate being a part of. I share the passion that I see in these people, who are developing something of their own, for themselves and their families,” says Stanchuk. Not only serving clients in Courtenay, Comox, and surrounding areas, she also provides design services for clients nation-wide.

With nearly seven years experience in the print and graphic design industry, past experience has also honed her knowledge of marketing strategies and effective ways to present one's business to their target market. “Marketing materials act as your ‘voice’ when communicating to your audience. You can’t be everywhere to explain the message to everyone, so making sure the information is clear and available to whom you want to see it, is central to the success of the marketing.”
